At Art Coolture, your satisfaction is our top priority. Every product is made-to-order, helping us reduce waste and deliver unique, high-quality art directly to you. Because of this custom production process, we generally do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or defects.

 


 

Damage or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right. Please follow these steps:

    Email hello@artcoolture.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

  2. Provide Clear Images

    Attach photographs of the damaged or defective item and the packaging (if applicable). This helps us assess and resolve your case efficiently.

  3. Review & Resolution

    Our support team will review your claim. Depending on the situation, we may offer:

    • A replacement

    • An exchange for another item

    • A refund

Non-Returnable Items

  • Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind.

Shipping Costs

  • If your return is approved due to damage or defects, we cover the shipping costs for returning the item and sending your replacement.

  • In all other cases, shipping costs are non-refundable.
